How to Clear Cache, Images, and Cookies:

Google Chrome (most common):

1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

2. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.

3. Under Time range, select "All time".

4. Check the boxes for:

   • Cookies and other site data

   • Cached images and files

5. Click Clear data.

6. Close all browser windows and log back into the portal.

Microsoft Edge:

1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

2. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

4. Select All time for time range.

5. Check:

   • Cookies and other site data

   • Cached images and files

6. Click Clear now.

7. Restart the browser and log in again
