How to Clear Cache, Images, and Cookies:

Google Chrome (most common):

Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
Under Time range, select "All time".
Check the boxes for:
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
Click Clear data.
Close all browser windows and log back into the portal.

Microsoft Edge:

Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
Select All time for time range.
Check:
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
Click Clear now.
Restart the browser and log in again

Draw Rod Assembly

Draw rods are included with all masonry model machines that have manual controllers. However, for machines with HCM-5080 and HCM-5070, the Draw Rod Assembly must be ordered separately. The draw rod system is designed to adjust the vertical working height of the load frame, allowing for the testing of samples of varying heights using spacers and test platens.

This system consists of a steel hand wheel with internal ball bearings and a threaded rod, which can be easily raised or lowered within the load frame for height adjustments. Spacers can be slid onto the rod, which is then threaded into the test platen, and the entire assembly is secured against the cross-head.
